Thank you for participating everyone!
My amazement continued to grow this week as more people posted to the challenge, or at least stopped in to see the images that had been posted. Once again, thank you to everyone for your support and kind comments.
Here are the links to this week’s participants:
Alice Through the Macro Lens had the prestigious position of being the first to post this week with an image of snow covered nettles.
katehobbs participated for the second week in a row. Her images are of the views in the Okanagan.
Cee Neuner was a new participant with her post of three separate images; my favourite being the little puppy planter.
fiztrainer was another new participant this week with her post of a macro image of a long awaited sign of spring.
ansuyo learned about the challenge from Cee and joined in with a lovely image of a daffodil.
sonel was back for a second week with exotic images of avacodo pear trees and monkeys!
mlissabeth’s musings was a new participant and learned a little more about her surroundings as she found out the name of the pretty foliage close to home.
Another new comer with signs of spring to share was KrisDragun.
You are also welcome to read my posting on the challenge here.
Thank you so much to everyone who checked out the 52 Pick Up Photo challenge and a special thanks to each participant.
Now to introduce this week’s challenge…..
Taking Care of Business
As always, please interpret this challenge as you desire. You may want to capture images of a difficult task being completed, people at work, or even the tools of your trade. Be creative and have fun!
I can’t wait to see all of your images.
Wishing each of you an amazing week!
~ Sherene

Here is the link for my interpretation of the challenge. A tribute to my husband and the work he does. http://printsensephotography.com/2012/03/31/business/
This has proved difficult for me and I doubt whether I am going to find something that is going to suit, and in time. Forgive me if I don’t make it this week.
No worries Kate. Sometimes a challenge is difficult. I hope to see you posting again next week. the new challenge will be up tomorrow.
Here’s my entry for this week – I quickly shot this with my camera phone, so the quality isn’t the greatest, but I thought it was neat to think of work from an animal’s point of view…

Well done Kris! Now if I could just convince my pugs to do the same!
Hello Sherene, Here’s the link to my submission for the week: http://beingjulz.com/2012/03/30/52-pick-up-photo-challenge-week-12/ Thanks for including me in the fun.
Thank you so much for submitting your images. They certainly show a difficult task being completed!
Yes, and one he could have avoided to a degree if he’d changed the particular pipe with problems back when he replaced some others… he was kicking himself for it today.

Glad you like it! It think there could be some really creative images that come out of it. Enjoy!
Oh, I am sure you’re going to see great ones again Sherene. Everyone loves your blog and challenges. However, I have nothing to do with business for this week’s challenge as I don’t do any business, unless it’s monkey or dog business. LOL!
Hey however you want to get creative it’s fine with me. Go take a pic of local shops if you want.
