These knives used to be sharper then they currently are, but they do receive a lot of use. These are just a few of the knives my dad made for me. They fit perfectly in my hand and are bevelled just the right way for a lefty such as myself. I recently purchased a new knife sharpener because Dad informed me the last one was wrecking them. I’ve tried, AND tried, but I just can’t seem to sharpen them like my dad. I suppose I will just have to pack them up and take them with me when I visit this summer. THEN they will be nice a sharp again.
